The coverall: Dont buy conventional weaning bibs
Monday, October 10, 2016

I received many weaning bibs in my baby shower baskets. Ones that were plastic on one side, fleece on the other. Some had a lip on the base to catch any falling food. These were all completely useless to me. The bibs with the lips were made of a thick plastic which my little one hated around her neck when I endeavoured to click it together at the back. All of the above also failed to stop getting her clothes dirty. So I headed down to IKEA to pick up some coveralls. THESE ARE BRILLIANT. They are light weight (so not uncomfortable around children's neck), can be wiped whilst on or off, can be placed in the washing machine, covered from shoulders to wrist to waist, protect against stains on clothing and double up as arts/crafts overalls.
